Dear Swamiji, The energy in the temple is flowing out when so many people visit the deity daily. In between poojari closes the door and do archanas and manthra sookthas inorder to recoup the lost energy and when the door opens, the high level of energy flown out and inorder to reduce the energy level, poojari springle water in shangh chanting manthras to the people standing in front of the deity. Many times, the temple office bearers who are standing in front ask the people to go fast during rush time and the sprinkle water fall on the people who are not affected by the high energy level. Many poojaris dont know why they sprinkle water also temple office staff. How can we educate them temple customs and rituals and each poojas represent for what. i know many poojaris are not coming from thantra vidya peedam and most of them joined paying bribe. The appointment in the temples can be made only as per qualified certificates as in the case of Psc. Pls advs your opinion.
