Dear Praveen,
If you are sincere in your spiritual growth understand that you require a lot of vital energy. When you waste your energy, mind and your lungs, they lose their strength and vitality. You concentrate and continuously focus on spiritual energy. My request is that don”t waste your vital energy; think positively and come out of lower sensual pleasures.
