Dear swamiji, This message am writing with full of frustration. am working for an mnc co as HR Manager, in their corporate. i am fed up of seeing partiality while doing salary revision. in competent people are getting promotions.. abt my performance is concerend they rate me well, but no promotion. i never discuss abt monetary part while apprisal. my collegues will throw party and influence head hr. basiclly who does sincere work is getting neglected and those who knw how to manipulate are coming up in life. which is realy depressing. how to overcome this situation swamiji??? thanks!!!!

I suggest, you have to look deeper into your belief system.
What kind of belief have you developed all through these years?
Do you have an inner satisfaction in your performance?
Do you visualize yourself as a winner and being appreciated and congratulated and rewarded?
Our mind is very powerful and it has immense Sankalpa Shakthi.
