dear swamiji,when we reach supreme consiuosness,can lower feelings like sex be entertained ,if the person is a grihathashrami, with out the dosha of enjoying it_how can one sublimate sexual energy to still live a happy married life and enjoy consiousness at the same time _how can we nullify the dosa of self indulgence due to which the energy moves to lower sexual centres and the jeeva has to suffer again as he will take on his lower animal tendencies again to forget who he is and be once again enveloped by maya.

Dear Brinda,
Spirituality is, living in this world, engaging ourselves with all worldly matters while our mind is focussed on the Lord alone!
If every one becomes Sannyasi how can human race survive?
Many of our Great Rishis were Grihasthasramis too.
When mind craves for physical pleasure alone and gets stuck up in those desires you can not advance spiritually!
A person who has experienced higher energies and happiness beyond physical pleasures, does not have this craving.
We need to unite our mind with the Lord (Sachidananda) to experience that eternal Joy!
Understand, whenever you undergo any enjoyment you can feel it because of the divine presence in you.
Even in sex, mind is able to enjoy that pleasure because of God’s presence only.
Raise your mind’s attention from lower level to the vast, infinite inner consciousness.
