Dear Swamji, I have 2 queries. One is, if somebody constantly hurt my feelings how can i keep forgiving him/her?Second, can you suggest an author who has written bhagavath gita (english translation) with slogas which relate to our life.

Dear Vasnaji,
Please understand, when you forgive, you are saving your own mind from self-destructive hatred.
When you are hurt or feel negative, chant the Lord’s Namam (‘Om Nama Sivaya’ or ‘Hare Rama…Hare Krishna’) for some time and see the positive change happening in your mind immediately. Tell yourself, ‘No one can do any harm to me as I am protected by the Lord always’.
