Dearest Swami Ji, What is the thatwam behind the name “RAM” ? Why is “RAM” the favorite, for Lord Shiva? Im doing daily meditation before sunrise and sunset as per your advice, Swami ji . But while chanting “OM”, unknowingly I switch to chanting “RAM” ,and I feel buzzing sensation in my head. Is this normal? You are a great teacher Swami Ji. Thank you soo much. Vidya

Rama is derived from the word ‘Ramathi’ which means ‘the one that pleases’ or gives joy.
Do not analyse much on the experiences during meditation.
First do Pranayam and then meditate with a free mind.
HariOm!
