Prayer is dissolving our mind into God in devotion.
But unfortunately it is misunderstood as asking for benefits.
There is nothing wrong in asking for alms to God, but unless and until you are contended, gratitude and devotion will not dawn in you.
Experiencing God is the ultimate purpose of human life.
