Every body says that in the process of meditation a Gurus guidance is very much required if so how I will find a Guru to Guide me to reach the destination.

Yes, we need a guidance then alone we know, whether we are going in the right path.
It is like taking the guidance from who knows the root well.
Guru is like a GPS ( Google map) in the modern time.
