First of all, my greetings to Swamji and grateful for the opportunities provided through his speeches , to uplift ourselves. My doubt and problem is that when we read and listen, it all looks possible, but when we are forced to cater to the situations and people are around we end up playing a double role; while our inner voice is protesting , we end up playing the roles imposed by society, culture.Sometimes the situations are so unjust that it leads to lot conflicts within unable to satisfy the inner voice and unable to resist the pressures imposed by the outer world. What do we do? How to achieve harmony, duly fulfilling all the roles with out conflict and confrontation? Thank You.

Understand that the theory is learned from the Holy Texts and the practicals are conducted in the world around us!
Practise what you learned without bothering about the result!
Initially you may fail, but, eventually you will notice the wonderful changes in yourself!
