The Mind which carries worries, problems, disturbance and fear has to be transformed spiritually.
To substitute the negative energy with positive energy, you can focus your attention on a particular form of the Divine (Ishta devatha).
But in realty the form is an imagined one and the Truth is beyond imagination. Your mind itself exists in that.
