Give me some good reason why i should stop eating non-veg as now am very spiritual so please help me in this will eating non-veg will have any consequences.

Dear Pradeepji,
Human body is not actually receptive to non-veg food. It will harm the human body by toxins and cause guilt in the mind too. Killing an animal or bird will give unbearable pain to it. It is a Thamasik act and so, a seeker should refrain from it and maintain a Sathwik life.
