Greetings Guruji, I am writing to you from Minneapolis, USA. I have heard so much about you from my parents who recently attended your program in Bangalore. In this day and age change has become the most permanent thing. The kind of job my husband is in makes it very difficult for us to plan our future because of the uncertainity and possibility of moving from place to place. How do I train my mind to handle this constant change. I have been told by many many people to live for the moment and not think about tomorrow but the woman in me keeps planning for the future. How can we use spirituality to train our mind to accept change in our lives

Dear Deepthi,
Please understand that a strong mind welcomes all challenges peacefully and cheerfully.
An intelligent person can change an adversity into an opportunity!
As a Grihastha, you should ensure a comfortable life for your family.
However, the changes in places can be utilized for noble purposes – to learn more and to form Satsang groups wherever you go!
Regular Sadhana will help you to focus on the CHANGELESS TRUTH; it will help you to welcome all changes in life positively!
HariOm!
