hari ohm… namasthe swamiji….. am a regular viewer of your programms… and thank u for all the guidelines… i have a doubt…. my husband n his mother always say that i should not read or chant geetha or manthras during my periods… but i think its only related to body not with mind… so i can… but still am confused what to do…. only guru can lead mind to truth… so pls help me… is anywhere in our vedas did they mentioned woman should not pray or go to temple in that time? can i chant atleast….?? hari ohm namasthe….

Dear Preethaji,
You can definitely chant Nama Japam always.
But going to temples is restricted usually, please read my previous answers on this.
