Hari om Dear Swamiji, How to get rid of fear in the mind? Does our fear and anxiety cause something bad to happen? I ask this because sometimes when I am terribly anxious and scared of something it seems to happen. Please advise.

The future is not in our hands. So neither anxiety nor the over expectation brings the result. Accept that result is not in our hands; but the balance of mind is in our hands. It can be achieved when you sincerely engage your mind in creative activities.
