Hari Om Guruji, Thank you Guruji for clarifying my question. As you said,Vishnu represents the divine consciousness and Krishna was Jagat guru; I still couldn’t understand the difference. Kindly help me to clear my doubt whether Vishnu is Krishna’s avatar or vice versa.

Lord Vishnu represents the Omnipresent Consciousness in the entire existence displaying the ‘sthithi’ aspect.
Lord Krishna, who was the Avathar of Lord Vishnu, was the ‘Jagad Guru’ who walked on this Earth displaying the fully blossomed potentiality of a human being.
As He identifies with His infinite nature, He transcends even that limitation of a human birth and says, “unintelligent people see me as a human being”.
That means divinity is beyond and formless.
