Hari Om. Namaskaram Guruji. Let me be honest with you. I am unable to concentrate on any activity that I am engaged in. This started during my childhood itself for which I understand the consequence now. After watching the bhagavatha sapthaham via youtube(yet to finish), I came to know about the mind and the godliness in everyone. Guruji please explain to me, in your point of view, how to develop concentration. I believe once we develop concentration, half of the way is cleared for meeting the almighty who resides in all of us and 90% success in our day to day activities like work etc. Another thought that I get confused is about not harming any living being. Say for example: I see two people about to murder a man. I can either walk away or try to save him. For saving that man, most probably, I might need to exert violence from my end if my persuading doesn’t do justice. Here I have to save a living being in whom God resides and I have to exert violence on the 2 prospective murderers in whom God resides also. If I walk away, the same thought comes. Please explain Guruji, the solution to this thought. And the final thought is about ourselves. Once we step into earth, with our body(gift), is our future or destiny fixed? Say I cannot become doctor, engineer. My future tells me that I am more into admin side etc etc. Is this true? I am referring to the daily household life. Guruji, in your point of view, from where do we start a disciplined life (from waking up in the morning till before going to bed)? Does the food we consume influence our thoughts? Could you please provide light on this matter also?I know I am asking more from you Guruji but my mind and heart instructs me to approach you regarding my doubts.

You may please ask a few number of questions at a time for clarity in reading.
Your mail indicates that you are bombarded with random thoughts with less clarity.Regular meditation will bring in more clarity and concentration. Now let me answer your question on saving a man. Please introspect, if you are spending too much time on future situations and trying to resolve imaginary problems. This kind of unresourceful thinking burdens your intellect. Wisdom is in developing an intuitive mind which guides you every moment. This is very much possible for a matured intellect. So please use it wisely. And your food definitely influences your mind. HariOm!
