Hari OM swamiji. i have doubt in meditation. In which age a man can start madetation? is there is any problem a child in 3 years doing medetation

Dear Deepak,
Yes, meditation can be done by everyone. The more you meditate, the more is the spiritual energy that developes in you. Ask the child to see the form of the Lord in his mind and prostrate at HIS lotus feet. Tell him to pray that “God should be always with me and hence I can face all challenges”.
