Hari om Swamiji, I told certain bad things to my father when I was angry and later I told sorry to him for whatever I told . But even after saying sorry my mind is full of guilt that I said something that I shouldn’t have told. How to get out of this guilt feeling swamiji?

“To err is human and to forgive is Divine”. Your father will definitely have taken it much lighter than your think, because he is the Father. Parents can only love their children unconditionally. The biggest penance you can now do is to make him feel you are truly apologetic about your bad behavior by never repeating it again. When those thoughts haunt you, chant “Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya”. There is no pain that time does not heal. Hari Om.
