When it is said God resides in the “Heart” it does not mean the 4 chambered biological heart. It refers to the ‘spiritual heart’ which is on the right side of the Anahatha chakram situated in the chest. When your life energies rise to this level you will start expressing qualities of the Divine. Hence it is said God resides in the heart. Hari Om.
