You have two youngsters at home who are not interested in doing what you tell them to do. But when is the last time you did something they wanted to do, with them? There is a saying “you don’t own your children”. By the time they are young adults you have to give them space, respect and acknowledge them as individuals with opinions and view points instead of expecting them to be obedient boys. Do you do yoga/meditation regularly? Have you taught them the benefits of doing these things? Do you come across to them as a bold and vibrant lady that they would want to be like you? If they see you as a worried or weak mother they won’t want to do anything you do. Now, instead of asking them to do things, involve with what they do with a cheerful face and lightness. Let them enjoy being with you first. Once that happens they will go anywhere with you. It is only a passing phase in their growth. They will grow up to be wonderful adults. My blessings are with you. Nothing to worry. Hari Om.
