All three words have roots in Sanskrit. TAPASYA- in the state of tapas(tapassil irikkunnathu). KAMYAKAM- what is worthy of devotion/love(ishatam thonnan arhathayullathu) SIVADAM- given by Siva(Sivan danam thannathu). Hari Om.
