Hari Ohm. When you look through the lens of physics this universe including your body ,though it looks like a form ,is indestructible cosmic energy. This cosmic energy can be experienced or perceived by conscious energy. In short the viewer in you is the conscious energy whereas what you see and experience ,which are constantly changing are cosmic energy. We are not trained to perceive universe universe and the conscious energy at energy level for which we need constant practice of meditation.
