Hari om Swamiji:: Does wearing a birthstone emrald give postive energy to our system. As going through pregnancy my mother in law wants me to be happy and safely deliver so she consulted one astrolger and suggested me to wear emarald. Please guide me regarding it and if its adviced do bless that it will have good impact on me and all who surrounds me.

Dear Remyaji,
Understand, the stones and threads on your hand won’t give much positive energy.
But if you start doing long breath ( not deep breath since you are carrying) and recite long “AUM” and then listen to Gitanubhooti( CD which we released recently) that will help you to develop more positive energy than the stones.
