What kind of thoughts are you entertaining? Is it fear of performance or failure ? See if you can combine study with someone. Study for short periods at a time. Take breaks often. Practice concentration by focusing on an object for varying periods. Initially your mind will wander, but consciously bring it back to the same thought. Meditate for 10mts on your Ishtadevatha every morning. Develop a habit of observing things around you. Let me know how you progress in a few days. Hari Om.
