My dear Vishnu,
I have given a detailed answer to your mother.
What you should realize is that, all parents want only the best for their children; but at times their over expectations cause more damage than benefits.
While honouring their views, you should be very clear about your aim in life and stick to that! Tell them in a respectful manner, about your opinions.
Do not worry much about the present problems at home. This too will pass!
Concentrate on your studies; do your Sadhana regularly.
Do not advice your elder brother; just be loving and caring!
Set up an example yourself; but never make him feel inferior to you by any sort of comparisons from your side and your parents’ side.
Please write to me as often as you want.
My sincere prayers are always with you!
