Hari Om Swamiji,Recently i have read in a article describing incident of experiencing the sight of invicible person & making several sounds in a house whcih he has recently taken on rent that was kept unused for many years. When he consulted the vastu expert he told that this is due to negative energy accumalted due to lack of sunlight and fresh air, and there the Durathams will fnd shelter. he advised them to perform pooja as a remedy for this. Do we need to perform pooja while starts dwelling in such houses of flats.Is there any thing scientific in this ?

Yes! The nature has positive as well as negative energy; when there is lack of light and air circulation there will be accumulation of negative energy. The homam can purify the atmosphere and can spread positive energy. But to maintain this, you have to do japam and namamsankkertan etc.
