Dear Bijesh,
Growing in spirituality means growing in love!
When you realize that being useful is much better than being useless, you will not feel that you are being used by others!
In nature, the greatest love is showered by the Sun in the form of Light – irrespective of whether we are thankful or not, without any discrimination to any one!
However, we must be careful about what we give to whom for what purpose! Then forget about it!
