Hari om!I read in the fifth skantha in “BHAGAVATHAM” that killing insects is a sin,how else are we supposed to react when they approach?

When you read scriptures, understanding it in a literal sense may create confusion. That is why you need a Guru to hold your hands and walk you through the right path. This world belongs the the smallest of creatures, as much as it belongs to you and me. That is why Bhagavatham teaches you not to hurt even an insect.
