Hari Om, Respected Guruji, It is said that we shouldn’t kill and eat cow etc. since it is GOMATA and provide us milk, but we are eating fish even though it is Vishnu’s first Avatar(Matsya Avatar). Why is that so?

There are only Avathars in this creation including you and me.
Holy Cow is honoured as mother because you drink the milk of “Gomatha” as you drank your mother’s milk when you were a small baby. Don’t you feel that mother Cow deserves that honour?
