Hari Om, Respected Swamiji, I need some directions in my life. Now I am in a confused state. I am a s/w professional, single, working abroad, earning a decent income and leading a peaceful life. I want to do something to make our planet a better place to live. And I want to make a difference. At the same time, I want to take care of my parents who have lived all their life working hard for our family. Also, I want to have a family which is as willing as me to make a difference. But, I’ve just started my social life, and i am already facing many setbacks. I face challenges from myself, from family and from friends and others. When you want to be of service to this world, without hurting any one, you have come to the right path!
Such a blessed soul is rare in this competing world, trying to accumulate more for themselves!
So, instead of getting confused, first of all, rejoice in the goodness in your self!
Opportunities for service will come your way, naturally!
First of all, plan your investments wisely; keep some portion for gaining knowledge(wisdom) and spreading knowledge!
Because, only knowledge gives life time security to any one. Make sure that your money does not go to wrong hands.
Then join a Satsang group and get involved in Seva projects.
