When you breathe or you eat food your body takes what it needs and rejects what it does not. Even an electron in the atom moves in a particular direction following certain laws. There seems to be a higher intelligence that directs everything and keeps everything in order. Hinduism called this Supreme Intelligence, God or Ishwar. The whole Universe including you and me exist and sustain in this Intelligence called Ishwar. Hari Om.
