Hariohm Swamiji, Thanks a lot for your answers and guidance. My present question is about mind and consciousness? May I know the difference/ relation between these two? The source of my doubt is as follows. From my earlier (minor) exposure to Bhagavatham I could learn that ‘I am not my body or mind, but I am my consciousness’. But the consciousness aspect is not shown in the self transformation chart you gave us (Is it the ‘Ohm’ at the top?). You have shown the Intelligence aspect as the +ve side of the mind. So whether Intelligence (Vivekam) and Consciousness (Bodham) are the same? Are you not using the term consciousness because it is difficult to understand for ordinary people like me? Hari Ohm.

Dear Pramodji,
An easy example is the wave(mind) and ocean(Consciousness) comparison.
When you are identifying yourself as the person you are, you will attach yourself with your body, mind and emotions(“Vikaram”).
When you use your intelligence(“Vivekam”) to know who you are, your true nature will reveal to you.
When you think you are doing and experiencing, you are at the mind(wave) level.
When you know that you are the SPACE where things happen, you are at the Consciousness(ocean) level.
For that state, the “I”ness and “My”ness in your mind must dissolve into ‘I AM’ state where you know your eternal presence.
Hariom!
