HariOm Swamiji, 2 years ago I went for sree rama chandra mission meditation (A method not concentrating but only paying attention of Devine energy centered in heart, ) That time even though I didnt practise regualry,(once in every 2 weeks I went for the indivial mediation sitting with the Preceptor,Some days I could feel a calm and peacefulmind of happines.eventhough i didnt do it daily I could feel that. But due to some reasons I discontinue that. But I was still very eager about spirituality. My mind was very confused until I saw ur teachings. I started japam, meditation as per your guidance. But my great problem is even though i am doing much sincerly and dedicated my mind is not having calmness or feeling the God’s presence.when i do pranayamam i can feel the lightness. but in meditation i am not feeling that.I could even get rid of my ego and most time I am thinking of Bhagavan. I am a person who seldom have dreams at night.Even if my mind is very disturbed i seldom had dreams,But for the last 1 week plus every single night I had dreams, eventhough I had meditated or had prayers before sleep.I am much disappointed swamiji.I wanted to know swami, why this is happening to me? When I do meditaion, do i need to think or concentrate or jus pay attention to the heart to feel the divine presence.Pls give me a detalied advice Swamiji.

Instead of worrying about present problems, you should accept what you are today is the product of your past which was cultivated by you.
Now you want those accumulated thought impressions to vanish in an over night.
Instead of fighting with past, focus your attention on your Sadhana.
Join meditation class or listen to my CDs or engage your self in a spiritual activities.
By regular involvement your past Vasanas will disappear and new positive thoughts will overflow through you.
So never sit quit till you feel centered; go on practising Sadhana.
