Hariom Swamiji, I don’t know how to put it in words, but from my childhood days, I always had a strong feeling that, there is someone in me and my body is just a covering of it or rather a mask, and that which is in me is the real me. When I used to talk about this to others, they used to say that we don’t get such absurd thoughts, so I literally used to stop my feelings . But now I want an answer for it, as if why I get such feelings, can u plz answer me

People spend years of their life trying to be aware of the PRESENCE within them. You don’t need any answers on this. You are aware that the real you is not this body and it is only a covering or mask. Great!!! Now, if you also understand the presence in you, is the same as that in everyone else, and you can use that awareness to live a life of love and service, you are blessed. Hari Om.
