HariOm Swamiji. Now I can observe the inner silence of my mind. But sometimes I can’t control my mind. But at the sametime I go to meditation and I can control my mind. Now, Swamiji pls suggest me a way to control my mind always.

People have a misconception that being spiritual is being emotionless. There is no need to control your mind always. As a human being it is only normal that you feel sad, happy, upset, angry, depressed etc. as and when needed. The question is how soon can you get back to emotional balance and tranquility when something disturbs your calm. How efficiently can you employ the necessary tools to do that? Sometimes it is about avoiding the problem, sometimes it is being able to deal with it and solve it. The right thing to do and the right way to do comes effortlessly to someone who has an awakened consciousness. That is what you achieve by regular meditation and Sadhana. Hari Om.
