Hari Ohm. Any object you imagine to focus is called ‘swaroopa dyanam’. It may be an idol,a lamp or the picture of Lord’s feet-any thing you can imagine of-However if there is no intense love and concentration the mind will not cooperate and involve in the meditation. Swa bhava dyanam is more important than the swaroopa dyanam . that means mental involvement is all the more important than anything else.practice every day with full of love and feeling of togetherness /closeness. Let the swaroopa dyanam take you to true presence of God within.
