HariOm Swamiji, 1) I have read in lot of books , there is more avatar yet to come for Lord Vishnu which is called as Kalki. I dont know how to link it with this modern world. I have attended your classes in dubai and from where i really understood , what is really the avatar means and what is the meaning of all those avatars scientifically So it doesnt mean logical for me this KALKI avatar.. 2) How can i control my anger ?. i am very short tempered and get emotional very easily like when my father scolds me with out any reason i get very upset and its hard to get out of it.It is may be becoz i love my father more than anything in this world. How to control this?

Dear Unni,
1) Kalki Avatharam is the universal energy. When negative energies exponentially expand, there must be some nature’s power to balance that with positive energy.
It is like when a child cries continuously for some thing, the mother beats him to come out of that negative energy and directs his attention to positive energy.
2) Understand that anger makes you a patient as it increases the toxins in your body. It will harm your body and its organs. Do meditation regularly to get rid of anger.
