Narayana Kavacham occurs in chapter eight of the sixth skanda of Bhagavadam. It is an armour to protect ourselves from all enemies seen and unseen. It was advised by Sage Shuka to Raja Parikshith, the son of Abhimanyu. The main thing in Narayan Kavacham is the mood of re-ceptiveness to get all the different graces, the different virtues of Bhagavan.
