Hariom Swamiji, I have two questions: 1) i understand that at the time of death what we think is what we will be in the next birth..for example if i think of a certain person at the time of death will i become like that person in my next birth? is it what it means?what about people who have sudden deaths or who are in coma? 2)My second question is i get tensed a lot especially with my elder sister who tries to rule my life and i brood a lot over it causing me to be irritated most of the time..off late it is affecting my health too…please can you tell me some mantra which i can say to keep myself calm and cool..i do read bhagavad gita and bhagavatam, attend satsang..all these gives me lot of peace of mind yet the tensions influence my thoughts…please advise warm regards Latha

It is not the last thoughts that leads to the next life; understand life is the continuation of your accumulated culture or behaviour.
Regarding dealing with elder sister, conquer her with more patience and respect.
To develop that you need more inner strength; for that practise Meditation, Japam and Pranayam etc.
The day will come when your sister will recognize your strength and power; then she may even seek guidance from you.
