Chinmudra unites the thumb which represents the Paramatma and the pointer that represents jeevathma. In joining these two fingers we are reminded of the ultimate purpose of life. However, from a yogic viewpoint, it creates a pranic flow and is a great stress reliever by principles of acupressure. Hari Om.
