Hello Swamiji, I was born in a muslim family, my father was a communist, my mother died when I was one year old, so I was brought up by my grandmother who was with my uncle in coimbatore. Fortunately or unfortunately I never got the chance to go to madrasas (religious teaching center) because when ever my grandmother and uncle tried to send me to madrasas always I got sick, so finally they gave up that idea. Now I am married, has one child. My wife is a christian(ours was a love marriage), I always admire her religious beliefs, but I dont have any religious beliefs, so I even agreed to baptise my son also. Now, after watching your programs through TV channel, I am so much impressed by your speech. Now I have one doubt, is it right for me to follow Hindu philosophy? because I heard about the castism in Hindu a lot. What is your opinion about the castism in Hindu religion? is it good or bad?

Thank you for your good remarks.
All the religions are born from the scientific experiences of different Masters.
We should know what they have experienced.
They experienced that the mind has the potentiality not only to experience the world, but also the strength to experience the Self.
As they merged through meditation, into the formless Self, they declared that this is the God Experience one can ever have.
Here, in Hinduism Rishis declared that “Jeevo Brahmaiva”. – The Self is the God.
Jesus declared that “I and my Father are the Same”.
The great prophet Nabi declared “La Ilaha Ill Allah” – Other than God, no one is here.
All Masters declared that we all came from the same God.
Think, we are all breathing the same air, living in the same earth, drinking the same water, getting heat and light from the same Sun.
Then the Soul also must be the same!
So, irrespective of caste, creed and religion we are all ONE!
The purpose of life is not to become religious, but spiritual!
Casticm:
According to Hinduism, caste implies the developed state of mind.
Brahmin is the one who is able to unite his mind with God.
Kshatriya is the one striving for it.
Vyshya is the one who has curiosity to know about it.
Shudra is the one who refuses to improve himself.
After some time, this had a social change.
Learned people became Brahmins; Rulers became Kshatriyas; Business class and working class became Vyshyas; Labourers became Shudras.
This change occurred because of lack of philosophical understanding about our Sanathana Dharma.
(This is mentioned in Bhagavath Geetha, 14th chapter).
