Hari Ohm. Each one’s character decides what one becomes.Even in this life you can see some of the educated people behaving like animals.You would have observed people behaving with pride,arrogance and greed. If someone develops negative thoughts and behave like street dogs that may end up in having an animal life.Ultimately you should understand that thoughts are the seeds for rebirth.God has given you immense freedom to decide and design what type of character one must develop. Use opportunities wisely ,you will never become a victim of wrong animal like rebirth
