How do i improve my tolerance ,I am 23 and newly married and every small thing hurts me.It hurts me when my husband stares at other women or stares at their cleavage or something like that. When he tags his photos like where he goes with female friends again it hurts me but i cant say anything to him because i am afraid he will be annoyed or he might feel i dont really love and trust him.But sometimes the pain get too bottled up inside me like sometimes i get the image of him staring at that lady’s cleavage on my mental screen repeatedly when i am traveling or sitting idle. What do i do,i need wise answers.Even before our marriage the little time i knew him,i used to catch him looking or staring a lot at other women and when i told my family that i wanted to break the engagement, they used to tell me that its okay and all guys are like that .But how long can i keep the stress though i know its for small things,i am also starting to get physical symptoms of extreme stress like headaches and a lot of hair fall etc.Sometimes i cry ,i dont know how to build my tolerance level. Are these things worth worrying about.please help. Thanks a lot???

You have to express in a healthy way, to your husband about your stress.
A long as you suppress, you will develop sickness.
So, do Pranayama and meditation for a few days and become calm first.
Then discus with a clear mind and peaceful manner.
Every thing will turn for good, if you keep a positive attitude.
My Blessings are with you,
HariOm!
