How does Vanaprastha differ from Sannysa?
Posted by Gopa Kumar on August 8, 2011
Dear Gopakumarji,
As it is said, there are FOUR stages through which we can transform our human mind to divine conscious existence.
We need certain training for our mind.
Actually all rituals, vritham and order of life like Sanyas all are meant for mental transformation.
Unfortunately people have taken all these for granted, remained at the level of blind practice.
So vanaprastham is that stage where one should invest his or her time more in the spiritual study and practice.
Sanyas is that stage of mind where conviction in Truth is established.
HariOm!
