Dear Mohandas Nair,
Our Masters expalined two kinds of Mukthi – one is Jeevan Mukthi and second is Brahma Nirvana.
Jeevan Mukthi means ddeveloping a balanced state of mind through Bhakthi, Jnana and Karma.
When our mind is naturally, effortlessly balanced, such a mind can finally merge into the Paramathma.
That means, his mind becomes thought-free (no-mind).
That is Brahma Nirvana!
HariOm!
