Yoga and Pranayama can increase your energy and make you cheerful.
A cheerful and playful mind engages in creative activities.
When it is idle and gets a lot of time to imagine unnecessarily, it gets diverted to bodily pleasures.
Study Scriptures and participate in Satsangs.
You will find a better quality joy in it than the other addictions.
Now your duty is to study well and do some group activities to serve society.l
