I am 48 years old. In the initial stage of my career in Sales, I could stay on for 5 years in a company. Offlate I am unable to stay on. Until now for last 8 months I was jobless. I am eligible for good jobs in companies like Idea, More Hyper markets where my salary would be Rs.2 Lacs a month. I do not get it and now after losing my job I am working for Rs.16,000/- a month. How can I stay on with a high paying job? Please help.

Dear Gopi Krishnan Nair,
You need to take a very detailed examination of your PAST.
Take a holiday, away from all stresses and busy schedules.
Be with your self ; take a paper and pen.
Write down your employment history; critically analyse why you left each job and write down the reason.
Be truthful to yourself!
See if there is a pattern or repetition of reason.
You will find the bottlenecks and blocks yourself!
Please write to me with your finding.
HariOm!
