I am an ordinary man who is on search of truth of my life and worldly…i did’nt study any vedas or bhagavatham, but i am daily weaver of swamiji’s program on TV ACV(ernamkulam karayogham).. as i noticed that what i have understood about some important things, it is told as such by swami, thus i became interested in swami, i have read mahabharatham, quran and bible. now i have one doubt regarding the so called(by people) positive and negative energy, as i don’t believe in these two types, as energy is only one, it can not be created nor lost as we all know, in science, i am an engineering gratuate also doing LLB and BA public administration.

Positive energy is generated by positive thoughts in the mind and negative energy by negative thoughts.
It is either constructive or destructive.
Still at the subtlest level, it is one.
