I am ardent to follow spiritual sadhana. Please advise how to control mind from wandering.

Dear Venugopal Nair,
Do not try to forcefully tie up your mind; it will not work!
The wandering mind means endless and uncontrolled thoughts; there will be no purpose or clarity for such thoughts.
They can be called negative thoughts.
When the mind stops such wandering, your thoughts will be creative and positive with clarity.
This transformation is achieved by spiritual practices.
When you do the Sadhana and meditation regularly with commitment, you will feel the difference.
