I have heard a lot of your satsangs and tried a lot to change my way of life not succeeded yet but still trying hopefully I will be successful some day meanwhile I have a son who is 5 years old.I have been trying to make him sit and meditate…since i understand that it is easier for children to adopt and reform their life’s….Could you give me some tips for teachings meditation to small kids and also will be greatful if you could provide tips for children to learn so that they turn into good human beings…….and citizens?

Dear Sarojaji,
Tell them good stories and chant Nama Japam with them.
Teach them sharing toys and food with others.
Make them do Yoga asanas and watch what they eat.
From the age of eight they can start meditating.
Your loving guidance will help them develop good qualities.
